Feasibility and Pilot Studies
Our methodological research includes assessing the value of feasibility studies in a range of scenarios, considering the use of feasibility results to determine whether or not progression to a large, definitive trial is justified, and formally assessing potential efficacy of interventions in early phase trials. We seek answers on whether or not an intervention can work and how, before proceeding with it to the pilot phase.
Our pilot studies are modelled on projected future interventions, conducted on a smaller scale. We support programs adopting a market systems approach, through pilots as a method for initially testing and refining the intervention strategies.
We are a partner of choice, in supporting both the public and private sector in testing if a new innovation works, before committing to scaling up.
